Who We Are

The Multicultural, American Indian, and Retention Services Department (MAIR) promotes the academic success of historically underrepresented students from their journey incoming until graduation. MAIR serves all students and provides one-on-one support, referrals, retention programming, and a wide range of services.

Students are assisted and supported by culturally-responsive staff. The services are designed to enrich the academic and social experience of students while also connecting them to relevant university and community resources.

MAIR WINGS Program

Metro State's Multicultural, American Indian, and Retention Services Team is excited to offer this enriching program for students.

What is the MAIR WINGS program?

WINGS stands for Working toward Inclusive and Necessary Goals for Success!
