Logline and summary
A group of friends take a trip to a landfill to break things, in order to vent, after one of them is cheated on by his partner. At the landfill, a chain of events reveals a traumatic plight one of the other friends has been experiencing but not saying anything about.
About the screenwriters
Spencer Vik
I'm a writer and musician from St. Paul, MN. I've been writing songs, poems, and stories for most of my life, and have recently grown more interested in screenwriting. Music and cinema is where most of my inspiration comes from; I've always been fascinated by the art of the script, especially in the way of tragic/dark comedies or 'dramedies.' I'm currently attending Metro State for my Bachelor's in Creative Writing. I hope to someday write a novel or full-length screenplay - something challenging that blurs the lines of form and genre.
