Metro State poets and writers are invited to share their work at our monthly Open Mic Night! Join Haute Dish, Metro’s literary anthology, in the first-floor Library Fireplace Lounge on the second Thursday of the month from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to share your writing or relax in the audience and absorb the Metro talent that abounds! Poetry, prose, and short stories in any genre are welcome.
This event is open to current students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Each reader will have 5-7 minutes at the mic, so please prepare accordingly. To sign up, visit bit.ly/metroopenmic. To watch, just show up! The dates for this semester are:
