Tomo Ng was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a creative storyteller with a passion for cinema. In 2019, he moved to Minnesota to further his education in filmmaking. He went to Minneapolis College to study cinema production before transferring to �鶹ֱ�� to focus on screenwriting.
