Biography
Dr Sarah Rodriguez is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared clinical educator and healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience in nursing practice, leadership, and higher education. Rodriguez holds certifications in Nursing Professional Development, Maternal-Newborn Nursing, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to advancing clinical excellence through innovative education, quality improvement initiatives, and workforce development.
Rodriguez's professional experience includes designing and implementing educational programs, leading interdisciplinary teams, improving clinical processes, and building strategic partnerships across healthcare and academic settings. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses by fostering critical thinking, clinical competence, and evidence-based practice.
Rodriguez's areas of expertise include nursing education, competency management, quality and performance improvement, and organizational leadership. As a proud United States Air Force veteran, she brings a strong commitment to service, collaboration, and excellence to my work, with a focus on developing skilled healthcare professionals who improve patient outcomes and strengthen the nursing profession.
